Partner Standards
We expect our partners, suppliers, and vendors to share our commitment to ethical business practices.
Requirements
All partners must adhere to the following standards:
- Comply with all applicable laws – Partners must operate in full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Maintain ethical business practices – Conduct business with honesty, integrity, and fairness in all dealings.
- Respect human rights and labour standards – Uphold fundamental human rights, provide safe working conditions, and treat all workers with dignity and respect.
- Protect the environment – Implement environmentally responsible practices and work towards sustainable operations.
- Maintain data privacy and security – Protect personal data and confidential information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Cention's security standards.
- Avoid conflicts of interest – Identify and disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest that may affect the partnership.
- Act with integrity and transparency – Maintain open and honest communication, and conduct business in a transparent manner.
Anti-Corruption
Partners must not engage in bribery, corruption, or improper payments. All interactions with government officials must comply with anti-corruption laws.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- No bribes, kickbacks, or improper payments to any party
- No facilitation payments to government officials
- Compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act, and similar laws
- Accurate books and records that properly reflect all transactions
Compliance Verification
We may audit partner compliance with these standards. Non-compliance may result in termination of the partnership.
Cention reserves the right to:
- Request documentation demonstrating compliance with these standards
- Conduct on-site audits or assessments
- Require corrective action plans for any identified deficiencies
- Terminate partnerships for serious or repeated violations

Cention will investigate all reports and take appropriate action. We prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith.
